Day 2 was a little more exciting. Needed to make it to Rapid City SD from Rochester MN. 8.5 hour drive.

Got to see this guy along the way.

Couple hours later we saw a sign for a place called the Corn Palace in Mitche

Hello World!

This is the first post that's going to document our National Park Trip to some great places out west. This is the first type of long road trip we've ever done and definitely learned a few things doing so. 

Here's the general idea of the route we took overall, tried to make it a point to take some scenic roads when possible. 

We left home 5/18 right after work. Got in 6'ish hours of boring driving up to Rochester MN. No real pictures to share from this drive.
